- Minor Kitchen Remodel, $35,000 and up
to stay consistent, the cost above is also based on a 14’ x 14’ (approximate) size kitchen. This type of remodel is known as, Full Kitchen Remodel; meaning the layout of the kitchen will change dramatically.
Materials would include: a semi-custom to custom cabinet line, granite or quartz countertops, new lighting scheme layout, new floors, fresh coat of paint on walls & ceiling, tiled backsplash, mid-range priced appliances.
- Major Kitchen Remodel, $65,000 and up
the cost above is based on a 14’ x 14’ (approximate) size kitchen. This is termed a, Major Kitchen Remodel; meaning the kitchen will be fully gutted and every aspect of the kitchen will change extensively.
Materials would include: a custom cabinet line, granite or quartz countertops, new light scheme layout, new custom stone floors, and fresh coat of paint on walls & ceiling, custom tiled backsplash, high-end priced appliances.
