• Customer must complete a KBV - Prerequisites Checklist
• One trip home visit to consult & take measurements
• Provide homeowner with preliminary set of rough (3) drawings
• Provide homeowner with a final set of revised (3) drawings
• Provide a material and labor cost proposal (good for 15 days)
