• Handle the project management and scheduling process to efficiently complete your project
• Get the best prices on select materials, from cabinets to tiles we offer contractor pricing on everything. A 15% administrative (mark-up) fee maybe applicable for certain items.
• Above and beyond getting contractor pricing on select materials. We want to make sure you get the most competitive pricing for your specialty materials. We look to find the best prices for us and you so we help you do an extensive search on your specialty materials.
• The more invested the customer is the remodel the less he spends on labor cost, so we encourage your involvement in the project.
• Attain proper county permits by providing remodeling plans for your kitchen.
• Not confident in your plumbing or painting abilities? Subcontract one or as many smaller portions of your project out to KBV.
